Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play Fish Sort: Ocean Color Puzzle (the "Game"), how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the Game you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number or other information that directly identifies you, and we do not require an account to play.
The Game uses third-party services from Google that may automatically collect the following:
- Device and app information – device model, operating system version, language, country/region, app version.
- Identifiers – the Android Advertising ID (AAID) and the Firebase app instance ID.
- Usage data – game events such as levels started, completed or failed, boosters used, coins earned or spent, ads shown, and purchases made in the Game.
- Network information – IP address, used by the services to estimate approximate location (country/city) and to deliver content.
- Diagnostics – technical information needed for the services to work and to prevent fraud.
Game progress (levels, coins, settings) is stored locally on your device.

3. How we use information
- To run the Game and save your progress.
- To show ads that keep the Game free, including personalized ads where permitted by law and your settings.
- To analyze gameplay, fix problems and improve difficulty and features.
- To process and restore in-app purchases.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Advertising choices
- You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads on Android in Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads, depending on your device).
- In regions where consent is required by law (for example the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), personalized ads are only shown with your consent; without it, Google serves non-personalized or limited ads.
- Buying the "Remove Ads" item removes banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain optional.
5. Data retention
Analytics data is kept by Google Analytics for Firebase according to the retention period set for our project (up to 14 months). Advertising data is retained by Google as described in its privacy policy. Game data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the Game.
6. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
7. Security
Information is transmitted to the services above over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use commercially reasonable measures to protect it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete information related to you, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not collect directly identifying information, the simplest way to stop all collection is to uninstall the Game. For any request, contact us at the address below and include your Firebase app instance ID if possible.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
