Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or playing Fish Sort: Ocean Color Puzzle (the "Game") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. License
nexS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the Game or its content except as allowed by law.
3. Virtual items and in-app purchases
- The Game may offer virtual items such as coins, boosters, bundles and "Remove Ads". Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy.
- Virtual items are stored on your device. If you uninstall the Game or clear its data, consumable items and progress may be lost.
4. Ads
The Game is free to play and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional and give in-game rewards when watched to the end.
5. Fair play
You agree not to cheat, use unauthorized software, exploit bugs or interfere with the Game, its ads or its purchase system. We may reset progress or items obtained in violation of these Terms.
6. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, nexS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.
7. Changes
We may update the Game and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
